Galiya Menova is the owner of the consulting company Human Consulting and has over 14 years of experience in developing and managing projects funded by national and European funds. She graduated with a master’s degree in Public Administration from Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“. She is well versed in European and Bulgarian legislation regarding the spending of funds from the European Structural and Investment Funds, including the ZOP, ZUSESIIF and PMS No. 160/01. She has experience in drafting and evaluating documents related to the implementation of public procurement procedures. She has participated in a number of committees evaluating tender proposals.

Since 2007, he has worked as a consultant in the field of agricultural policy; he is familiar with the national and European legislation in the field of agriculture and rural areas in detail, and he prepares and administers projects under the „Program for the Development of Rural Areas”.

Since 2014, it has also been actively involved in the development of project proposals under the OP „Innovation and Competitiveness“, the OP „Human Resources Development“, the „Marine Industry and Fisheries Program“, the „National Program for Support of the Wine-growing Sector“, the OP „Good Governance“, and others.

Since 2017, he has been an external evaluator for Local Initiative Groups for project proposals under the OP „Innovation and Competitiveness“, the OP „Human Resources Development“, and the „Program for the Development of Rural Areas”.

Galia has accumulated significant experience in training teams for the preparation and reporting of projects. She develops analyses, strategies, and programs; prepares and manages budgets, business plans, and pre-project and market research.
