Ivaylo Pentev holds a master's degree in law with legal capacity for Bulgaria and Luxembourg. He has completed courses at the Institut des Sciences Po in Lyon and the Hague Academy of International Law.

She began her professional career as an employee in the EU administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then became part of the consulting team of an international company with an office in Sofia.

As a result of accumulated experience, Ivaylo established his own practice and consolidated his expertise from participating in a number of projects supporting the public sector at the central and local levels, as well as organizations in the „Healthcare“ sector. He has been involved in the initiation, development, and implementation of initiatives to attract external funding and for businesses. He has experience in research activities and the preparation of strategic documents, legal analyses, and recommendations. Within this role, over the years he has helped various organizations attract funding in the fields of:

– Digital transition and innovation;
– Health care;
– Infrastructure and mobility.
