Professional profile:

Efthym Kirchev holds a master’s degree in geodesy from the Shumen University „Episcop Constantine Preslavski“. He holds limited design authority with the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (KIIP), reg. no. 16614, and works as an independent geodesist.

His professional career combines work on construction and infrastructure projects in the private sector with experience in municipal administration. From 2019 to 2024, he participated in geodetic measurements, data processing, and technical support for projects. 

From March to August 2026, he worked as a chief expert – surveyor – in the „Asparukhovo“ district of the Varna Municipality, where he reviewed investment initiatives, zoning plans, and administrative correspondence.

In his practice, he uses GNSS receivers, levelers and total stations, as well as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MCAD. He works on tasks related to investment planning, cadastral surveys, route planning and specialized measurements.
